My name is Carol R. and Mike Harrell helped us with our reverse mortgage in 2016. I am a Texas Tech (1961) graduate with a BBA in Accounting, so I at least knew something about what we are doing, but Mike made it as “painless” as possible. He kept us informed all the way through about what to expect and was extremely professional in the way he handled everything. By the time we were finished, we felt like we had a new friend and someone who would be there if we ever needed any further help.
