Mitchell Randall

My name is Mitch Randall, and I joined the Nationwide Equities team in 2015 as a mortgage loan originator. I have been in the industry since 2006 and have primarily focused on helping seniors increase their wealth and quality of life through the reverse mortgage program since 2008. NWE is a great fit and I strive to align myself with the company’s core goals of reliability, dedication, and collaboration in hopes of delivering the best service to the people I work with.

I was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland and specifically in the Randallstown area (This is not affiliated with my last name, but it would certainly make for a remarkable story if it were!). I graduated from Mount Saint Joseph High School for Boys in 1999 and graduated from University of Maryland @ College Park in 2003. I then worked in outside sales with ADP Payroll, Inc for about 3 years before jumping feet first into the mortgage industry.
At Nationwide Equities I have overseen loan origination and trying to help as many folks as possible. I have been a sales manager, trainer, and a consistent collaborator and innovator focused on boosting the production of the collective. I have currently been entrusted with the role of Branch Manager and I want to help spread awareness about the exciting opportunities and options that the reverse mortgage provides.

Outside of work, I am a family man (my wife and I were married in 2011) and a proud father of an 11-year-old daughter and a 7-year-old son. They both play soccer and lacrosse, which keep us pretty busy most weekends. I enjoy reading, traveling, fitness, and spending time with friends and family.
One of my favorite things about the reverse mortgage business is that I do not consider the people I work with merely clients. I consider these folks mentors; people that have tremendous knowledge, experience, and value. It is an honor to call them friends and I look forward to having the opportunity to create many more.
